What are your Cargo / shipping options?

• We send the products you buy free of charge with the cargo companies that we have contracted according to your region. We deliver your orders that you placed until 15:00 on the same day.

 How much are the Cargo / shipping charges?

• We offer free shipping to anywhere we offer sales service worldwide.

 How can I reach my Cargo Tracking Number?

• When your order reaches us, it will be packed after the necessary checks are made and invoiced, and then it will be delivered to you via contracted cargo. In case of cargo, you can access information about the latest status of your order by clicking on My Orders section after logging in to your account. When your order is on its way, you will see the Cargo Tracking button.

When will my order be delivered to me?

• Your orders (ready products) that you place until 15:00 in Turkey are delivered to the cargo on the same day. Your cargoes across Turkey are generally delivered to your address within three working days at the latest. During the campaign periods, holidays and public holidays, there may be differences due to the intensity of the cargo companies.

What should I pay attention to in delivery?

• In front of the courier who comes to the door, check if there are any conditions such as wear, crushing, wetness on the outside of your package. If there is a disturbing situation, notify the courier of the situation. Attach a Damage Assessment Report and send it back to us. Do not let the Courier leave until the box is opened.

 

Missing product arrived, what should I do?

• If you think that one of the products in your order is missing, compare the amount you paid and the invoice amount. If the products on the invoice do not match the products you received from the cargo, you can contact us at 0532 201 62 79 and 0212 546 87 50 (Ext. 237).

Damaged Product Arrived What Should I Do?

• Your orders are carefully prepared and packed. In some cases, damage may occur during shipping. We do not want to make our customers suffer. For this reason, it is important that you open your incoming order with the cargo officer at the door. If your product is damaged, send it back to us without accepting the package with a Damage Determination Report.

How Can I Cancel an Order?

• Before your order reaches the Billing stage, you can send us your cancellation request via the Cancel button. If the invoice has been printed, you can create a return request for your order.

How can I return the product I bought?

• If the originality of the products you purchased is not damaged, you can return them to us free of charge with “Yurtiçi Kargo” within 14 working days. Your optional returns are refunded by deducting the shipping fee. No shipping fee will be charged for returns made as a defective product.

Are the products sold original?

• Almost all of our registered brands "PUNTO" and "PUNTO UOMO" branded products on our website. All of our other products that we do not sell under our own brand are in our system as invoiced. The supply of different brand products on sale is provided by manufacturers and distributor companies. All our products are absolutely original.

Do I have to enter my credit card information to buy products from your site?

• No, if you wish, you can also make payments by Wire Transfer and EFT. In addition, since our site is protected with a 256BIT SSL certificate, you can safely shop using your credit or debit card information.

 How can I access my credit card CCV2 information?

• The 3-digit number is your security code for your credit and debit cards. You can access it by turning the back of your credit card.
